    If we are a good fit for each other, we will then decide which service route is best for you.

    Our initial health and wellness assessment begins with a comprehensive overview of your health history, aiming to uncover the root cause/s of what you’re currently experiencing.

    This is a time for you to express your current concerns, intentions, goals and ask questions.

  • 3. Envision & Integrate

    After gathering insight into your unique needs, I will develop a holistic wellness plan integrating different modalities to help you achieve your health and wellness goals and turn your vision into reality.

  • 4. Creating Flow & Taking Action

    Whether in person or virtual, we will put our plan into motion with a regular cadence of one-on-one sessions.

    This may include integrating a blend of modalities —designed to empower you to feel vibrant, balanced, and in control of your wellness journey.
