“For more than two years Jessica has been teaching our sports conditioning and Tabata classes. I have not only been taking her classes three times a week, but also having personal training sessions with her. Each group class is different and challenging. She is truly knowledgeable of what exercises to use and how to use variations to keep each of her classes interesting. Also, for about a year I was recovering from a rotator cuff injury. For that, she not only gave me modifications for the workouts, but other exercises to help me recover from my injury. I never expected virtual classes to be compared to being at the gym, but to my surprise the online classes have had the same quality. I have been working out for many years with different instructors, and Jessica has been one of the best ones. She cares about helping you to attain your goals by adapting the workouts to your needs.
